How to Block Emails – Gmail, Outlook, & Yahoo Mail

Want to stop emails from a specific sender? This quick guide will show you how to block unwanted emails on Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and other popular Email Service Providers (ESPs), helping you declutter your inbox and find peace of mind.

Google blocks about 100 million phishing emails daily, but that’s just a fraction compared to the estimated 3.4 billion spam emails sent every day. Research shows that over 48% of emails sent in 2022 were spam.

Email service providers use advanced anti-spam filters to protect your inbox, but they’re not foolproof. Occasionally, spam emails slip through. When this happens, the best solution is to block the sender. This guide will show you how to do just that across various ESPs, including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and more.

If you are getting too many emails, here are the four easy ways to unsubscribe them. Still want to get rid of them completely? Let’s dive in.
